Decorating your bulletin boards for each season is one of the best things about having your own classroom. But as a teacher myself, I know it can be hard to find ideas that are both cute and easy to make.
In this post, you will find so many super cute Halloween bulletin boards that you can recreate in your own elementary classroom. And they won’t take forever to do either!
This post is all about Halloween bulletin boards.
The Best Halloween Bulletin Boards:
Personally, I love a bulletin board that you can put up and leave all year round. But there’s something so special about decorating your classroom for each season. The kids absolutely love it and it keeps your classroom looking so new and fresh. I used to have a small bulletin board outside my classroom door which I would update for each season.
But listen, I get it! I am a teacher too and I know how little time you have! That’s why for me a seasonal bulletin board has to be cute (obviously!) but not take hours to make. But I know some of you crafty teachers love creating amazing bulletin boards. So let’s split these Halloween bulletin board ideas into two sections: super quick ideas and ones that take a little more time. That way, everyone’s happy đŸ™‚
Easy Halloween Bulletin Boards:
1. An Editable Bulletin Board Kit
If you are wanting to create a super cute Halloween bulletin board but are really short on time, why not purchase a bulletin board kit? All the hard work is done for you – all you have to do is add your student’s names (sometimes not even that!), print, cut and stick it up!
I love this boho themed pumpkin one I made last year! The colors matched the rest of my classroom decor perfectly. And it wasn’t ‘in your face’ Halloween, if you know what I mean! I’ve added this to my Etsy shop so you can use it in your classroom too!
2. Halloween Posters
Using posters is one of the best ways to create an easy Halloween bulletin board. With no cutting required, all you have to do is print the posters and pin them up! I’ve done this before and it seriously looked so great! I’ve also shrunk down these posters and used them as Halloween door decor too. đŸ™‚

Cut out some cute ghost outlines and stick them onto your bulletin board. Add the lettering and you’re good to go! You could even have your students decorate a ghost each to make this Halloween classroom display even more special!
