I think fall is my favorite season of all! I was so excited to decorate my classroom for Halloween and get my classroom looking spooky haha. We’re talking bulletin board ideas, my door display all designed and so many cheap bits of halloween decor!
But I was teaching in a Christian school and was told by my leadership that I couldn’t put anything up for Halloween. So I had to redirect my energies into decorating my classroom for fall instead! This is a roundup of the best fall classroom door ideas I found – I hope you find it useful.
Also, these are obviously just ideas – you can customize and simplify them however you like. 🙂

I think this might just be my favorite pun yet, aha! Use brown paper to cut out a tree outline and add loads of autumn leaves. Fairly simple but super cute.
29. Sweet As Pumpkin Pie
I love how you can ge your students involved in making this fall classroom door display. Give each students 1/4 of a paper plate and some small strips of orange and brown paper. Have them glue the paper onto the plate to make a slice of pumpkin pie. Finish off by adding a small ball of cotton wool for the cream. How adorable!
30. What’s Brewing In ___?
Here’s a fall classroom door design with a spooky element! Create a giant cauldron on your classroom door and add each student’s name to the bubbles coming off the simmering potion! Your kids will love it!
